Ross is the founder and chief learning offcer of Cook Ross Inc., one of the nation's lead- ing diversity and inclusion consulting companies. Howard was the 2007–2008 Professor of Diversity- in-Residence at Bennett College and serves on the external diversity advisory board of the Human Rights Campaign. In 2012 he received the Stars Who Mean Business Award from Diversity Women. He is the author of ReInventing Diversity: Transforming Organizational Community to Strengthen People, Purpose, and Performance, and his new book, Everyday Bias: Identifying and Navigating Uncon- scious Judgments in Our Daily Lives, will be released by Rowman and Littlefeld in August 2014. Michelle Fitzhugh- Craig An award-winning journalist, Michelle Fitzhugh-Craig is cofounder of ZM Productions, Region VI director for the National As- sociation of Black Journalists, and CEO and editor in chief of the online publication shades Magazine. She is a graduate and former associate professor of Arizona State Univer- sity's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication; coauthor of Living in the Moment: A Guide to Living a Full and Spiritual Life; and a contributor to Chicken Soup for the African American Woman's Soul. Eddie Lee Eddie Lee, assistant editor of Diversity Woman, has nearly 10 years of publish- ing experience in newspapers, maga- zines, and books. His past credits include work on publications for the San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, and UC Hastings College of the Law, among other organizations and institutions. He lives in San Francisco and cur- rently works in the educational publishing feld and as a freelance writer.
