He has over 20 years of experience providing human capital solutions to Fortune 500 global organiza- tions and is recognized for his expertise in coaching and personal branding. He was previously vice president of Talent, Learning, and Leadership at Viacom Media Networks. He also served as a vice president in Organization Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to that position, he was assistant director of Performance Management in Corporate HR at Ernst & Young. Maria Ebrahimji Maria Ebrahimji is an award-winning journalist, a media consultant, a diversity strategist, and a co- founder of I Speak for Myself, Inc., a book publishing company focused on faith and culture. She spent 15 years at CNN World- wide, most recently serving as executive editorial producer and director of the on-air Talent & Interview Booking division, leading a team in guest coverage and story planning for CNN's special events, breaking news, and multiplatform programming. Maria also played an instrumental role on CNN's Diversity Council, serving as its vice chair for several years and shaping strategy in the areas of marketplace, content, workplace, and work- force. She loves all things Southern and being at the intersec- tion of people and ideas. @mariaebrahimji Anne Weisberg Anne Weisberg is senior vice president for Strategy at the Families and Work Institute. A recognized thought leader who has designed innovative practices to build effective, inclusive work environ- ments, she coauthored the best-selling book Mass Career Customization: Aligning the Workplace With Today's Non- traditional Workforce. Prior to joining the Families and Work Institute, Anne worked with BlackRock and Deloitte to align work- places to the changing nature of work and the workforce. She also worked at Catalyst, where she directed the study Women in Law: Making the Case and advised law frms and Fortune 500 compa- nies on gender strategies. Anne received her BS Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley, and her JD cum laude from Harvard Law School. She and her husband live in New York and have fve children between them. Sheryl Nance-Nash Sheryl Nance-Nash is a freelance writer based in New York, specializing in personal fnance, small business, and general business.
