Welch has reported on travel in more than 30 coun- tries including Malaysia, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Brazil, China, and Cuba. Her articles have appeared in The New York Times, National Geographic Traveler, Four Seasons maga- zine, the New York Post and other publications. A native New Yorker, she was raised in Greenwich Village and Princeton, New Jersey, and now resides in Jersey City. When not writing or traveling, she enjoys exploring New York City with her young daughter, Daphne, a seasoned traveler who has been to Brazil four times (once in utero). Pat Olsen Pat Olsen writes about business and health from her New Jersey home. She's a regular contributor to the Sunday business section of The New York Times, where she currently writes the Workspace column. She also writes the executive column in Family Business magazine and is the coauthor, with Dr. Petros Levou- nis, of Sober Siblings: How to Help Your Alcoholic Brother or Sister-and Not Lose Yourself. Dr. Rosina L. Racioppi As President and CEO of WOMEN Unlim- ited, Inc., Dr. Rosina Racioppi spearheads initiatives to help leading corporations cultivate the women leaders they need for ongoing growth and proftability. By oversee- ing programs and services nationwide, she helps organizations meet the challenges of an ever-changing global economy. Dr. Racioppi earned her doctorate in edu- cation from the University of Pennsylvania. Her dissertation, "Women's Mentoring Wisdom," has been a nationwide spring- board for discussions about tools and techniques for improving the mentoring process. She is also coauthor of the book Women Are Changing the Corporate Land- scape. Ruchika Tulshyan Ruchika Tulshyan is a journalist who writes a regular blog on diversity and leadership for Forbes.com. Her work has appeared in publications includ- ing The Wall Street Journal, Bloom- berg, and Time. She also consults on content marketing and thought leadership to a variety of international brands. Ruchika is a passionate advocate for women's advancement and was on the founding team that brought TEDx- Women to Atlanta. She also cofounded an investment company in Singapore. Ruchika has lived in six cities over three continents. She holds degrees from Columbia University and the London School of Economics.
