He is currently a principal consultant and thought leader at Cornerstone OnDemand as parttheirAdvisoryServicesgroup,specif- cally focused on Change Management and HR Transformations. Dr. Tonkin holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a masters of science in orga- nizational leadership from Regis University. Dr. Tonkin is also a speaker at leadership and business conferences throughout the year. In addition, he is also an Adjunct Professor at theForbesSchoolofBusinessatAshford University where he teaches leadership in organizations and organizational behavior. Liz Joslin LizJoslin("WomenofFaithintheWork- place,", page 31) is an associate in the Workplace Program at the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding. In this role, she manages client relation- ships, develops and delivers content, and conducts research on pressing issues related to religion in the work- place. Joslin is a graduate of Connecticut College, where she majored in religious studiesandspentasemesterinBelfast, Northern Ireland, studying the historical roots and modern manifestations of the confictintheregion.
