She has been improving business per- formance and employee engage- ment as a diversity and inclusion consultant to major companies for more than 15 years. Robin is a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker on the topics of diversity and inclusion, employee resource groups, middle man- ager engagement, and inclusive leadership. She has worked with organizations across many industries, including Boehringer Ingelheim, UPMC, Express Scripts, Ingersoll, Rand, Medtronic, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, EMC, the Dignity & Respect Campaign, Peabody Energy, Aetna, and Staples. Prior to founding VisionSpring Inc., Robin was vice president of The Diversity, Inclu- sion, and Women's Business Practice at Linkage Inc. Ruchika Tulshyan Ruchika Tulshyan is the author of The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality in the Work- place (Forbes, 2015). She writes on leadership and diversity for the Seattle Times, Forbes, and others. Ruchika is a speaker and is on the adjunct faculty at University of Washington's Department of Communication. She has reported from six cities across four countries and serves on the leadership team of the woman-run media website The Establishment. Ruchika was named Rising Star at the inaugural 2016 Women in Business and Leadership Initiative awards of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. She holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Columbia University. Originally from Singapore, Ruchika currently resides in Seattle and is a food and wine aficionado.
