She works with companies to trans- form top female performers into top leaders. Her system, Powerful Leadership Transformation, helps her clients step into their full career and leadership potential. Regina is a leadership ambassador with Take the Lead Women, a C-IQ ® (Conversational Intelligence ® ) en- hanced skills practitioner, cochair of FWA Distinguished Speakers Committee, a global mentor at the UAE-Africa Mentoring Consortium, LLC, and a mentor at Galvanize Inc. Ellen Lee Ellen Lee is an independent journal- ist in the San Francisco Bay Area. A former business and technology staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle, she has charted how technology is changing our lives, from the early days of social media to Steve Jobs and the smartphone revolution. Her writing has also appeared in pub- lications such as Working Mother, Family Circle, and CNBC.com. A longtime member of the Asian American Journalists Association, she led the nonprofit's San Francisco Bay Area chapter and served on its national board. She received a bachelor's degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a master's degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
